- 7-day return/exchange window from delivery date
- Items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging with tags
- Proof of purchase required
b. Non-Returnable Items
- Underwear, swimwear, pierced jewelry
- Customized/personalized products
- "Final Sale" items
c. Process
1. Email support@fashionglitch.com with order number
2. We'll send a Return Authorization (RMA) & instructions
3. Ship item(s) at your expense*
4. Refund/exchange processed after inspection
d. Refunds
- Issued to original payment method in 7-14 business days
- Original shipping costs non-refundable*
- Sale items refunded at purchase price
e. Exchanges
- Subject to stock availability
- Customer pays exchange shipping*
f. Damaged/Defective Items
- Report within 48 hours with photo/video proof
- Free return shipping + full refund/replacement
g. International Returns
- Customs/duties fees non-refundable

3. Order Cancellations

4. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates. Not liable for carrier/customs delays.
- Risk transfers to you upon delivery.

- Prices subject to change without notice.
- We may cancel orders due to errors/stock issues.

All website content (logos, text, images) is owned by FashionGlitch. Unauthorized use prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) from product use or site access.
8. Governing Law
