At Fashion Glitch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artificial jewelry purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help. Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.

1. 7-Day Return and Exchange Window

We offer a 7-Day Return and Exchange policy, effective from the date your order is delivered.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags, security seals, and protective films intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

    • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons, unless they are defective upon arrival).

    • Gift cards.

    • Items that show clear signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

2. Initiation of Return/Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, you must follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@fashionglitch.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide Details: In your email, include your Order Number, a list of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange.

  3. Approval: Wait for a response and approval from our team. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your package back.

    • Note: Returns sent without an authorized RMA number may be refused.

3. Shipping for Returns and Exchanges

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Fashion Glitch will provide a pre-paid shipping label and cover all return shipping costs.

  • Customer Discretion: If the return is for reasons like change of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer, or general dissatisfaction, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within [5-10] business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Deductions: In cases where the item is returned for reasons other than our fault, any costs incurred by Fashion Glitch (e.g., original shipping cost or payment processing fees) may be deducted from your refund amount.

5. Exchanges (If Applicable)

If you are requesting an exchange for a different size or style:

  1. Follow the initiation process outlined in Section 2.

  2. We will process your exchange request once the original item is received and inspected.

  3. Any difference in price will be either refunded or charged to the customer.

  4. The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the new exchanged item unless the original item was defective.

6. Polish and Stone Warranty (Guarantee of Quality)

We stand by the quality of our artificial jewelry. While our products are fashion jewelry and not intended for daily or harsh use, we offer the following limited warranty:

High-End Plated Items [60 Days] Covers premature tarnishing or plating discoloration under normal, careful use. Does not cover damage from water, chemicals, perfume, or accidental damage.
Everyday Fashion Items [14 Days] Covers manufacturing defects and major stone loss (1mm+ size) upon arrival. Does not cover general wear and tear or minor blemishes.
  • Exclusions: This warranty is strictly limited to polish and plating integrity or major stone defects. It does NOT cover:

    • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect (e.g., exposure to water, chemicals, perfume, excessive heat, or rough handling).

    • Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches.

    • Lost or stolen items.

  • Claim Process: If you believe your product is covered under this warranty, please email us with your Order Number and clear photographs of the defect for assessment. If approved, we will offer a repair, exchange, or store credit at our discretion.
